Air Charter Disclosure

BlancReserve is a private luxury concierge and air charter broker. BlancReserve does not own, lease, or operate any aircraft. We arrange charter flights on your behalf with independent, licensed direct air carriers.

All flights arranged by BlancReserve are operated by FAA-certified Part 135 direct air carriers, or by carriers licensed under the applicable foreign civil aviation authority, who maintain full operational control of the aircraft, including decisions related to safety, maintenance, crewing, and flight dispatch.

The operating carrier assigned to your flight — not BlancReserve — retains sole operational control over the aircraft at all times, including the authority to delay, divert, or cancel a flight for safety or regulatory reasons. Your concierge will coordinate with the operator on your behalf in such events.

BlancReserve works to arrange flights with operators that maintain recognized third-party safety audits, such as ARG/US or Wyvern certification, where available. Vetting standards do not constitute a guarantee of safety and do not replace the operating carrier's own regulatory obligations.

The operating carrier may substitute an aircraft of comparable or superior category due to maintenance, scheduling, or safety considerations. BlancReserve will notify you of any substitution as soon as it is confirmed by the operator.

Operating carriers arranged through BlancReserve are required to carry liability insurance in accordance with applicable aviation regulations. Certificates of insurance are available upon request prior to departure.
