Terms of Service

By accessing or using the BlancReserve website, mobile experience, or concierge desk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

BlancReserve is a private luxury concierge and air charter broker. We do not own or operate aircraft, vehicles, vessels, or properties. We arrange access to these services through a network of vetted, independently licensed operators and specialists.

BlancReserve provides concierge and brokerage services across private aviation, luxury ground transportation, yachting, horology, hospitality, dining, events, and bespoke experiences. Every booking is subject to the availability and terms of the underlying operator, carrier, or vendor fulfilling the request.

Quotes provided by your concierge are estimates until confirmed in writing. Final pricing, aircraft or asset assignment, and scheduling are subject to change based on operator confirmation, regulatory requirements, and market conditions.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to request services from BlancReserve. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information provided during a request, including passenger manifests, travel dates, and payment details.

BlancReserve accepts traditional payment methods alongside supported digital assets for eligible transactions. Full payment terms for cryptocurrency settlement are set out separately in our Crypto Payment Terms.

All deposits and balances are due according to the schedule confirmed in your itemized quote. Failure to remit payment by the confirmed deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund of any non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation and rebooking terms vary by service type and operator, and are disclosed in your confirmed itinerary prior to payment. Private aviation cancellations are additionally governed by our Booking Terms.

BlancReserve acts solely as a broker and concierge intermediary. We do not exercise operational control over any aircraft, vehicle, vessel, or venue arranged on your behalf, and are not liable for the acts, omissions, or service failures of independent operators, carriers, or vendors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlancReserve' aggregate liability arising from any booking is limited to the concierge service fee paid to BlancReserve for that booking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with our concierge services agreement.
