Crypto Payment Terms
Additional terms that apply when you elect to settle an eligible BlancReserve booking using a supported digital asset.
1. Eligible Transactions
Cryptocurrency settlement is available for eligible private aviation, travel, and concierge services at the discretion of BlancReserve and the fulfilling operator. Supported assets currently include USDC, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL), processed through regulated digital asset payment infrastructure.
2. Rate Lock & Conversion
At checkout, your invoice total is converted to your selected digital asset at the prevailing market rate and locked for a 15-minute payment window. If payment is not completed within this window, the rate will be refreshed and must be reconfirmed before proceeding.
3. Settlement & Confirmation
Payment is considered received once the transaction reaches the confirmation threshold required by the applicable network. Your booking, tail assignment, or itinerary will not be finalized until on-chain confirmation is verified by our payment processor.
4. Irreversibility of Digital Asset Payments
Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on-chain. You are solely responsible for verifying the destination address, network, and amount before sending payment. BlancReserve is not responsible for funds lost due to sending to an incorrect address or using an unsupported network.
5. Refunds
Where a refund is owed under our Booking Terms for a transaction settled in cryptocurrency, the refund will be issued in the same digital asset used for payment, calculated at the market rate at the time the refund is processed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Compliance & Verification
Digital asset payments above certain thresholds may require additional identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. BlancReserve and its payment processors reserve the right to decline or delay a transaction pending verification.
7. Volatility & Risk Acknowledgment
Digital asset values can be highly volatile. By electing to pay with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with digital asset price fluctuation between quote generation and payment confirmation, subject to the rate lock described above.
